   Founded by John Greene, JCG brings over 30 years of construction experience to BWS. As an MWBE HUB-certified firm, JCG specializes in high-quality craftsmanship, large-scale renovations, and innovative housing development. Their expertise ensures that BWS projects are structurally sound, modernized, and built with sustainability and functionality in mind.
2. Whatever It Takes Solutions LLC (Real Estate Expertise):
   With a strong background in real estate, Whatever It Takes Solutions ensures that BWS properties are thoughtfully marketed and positioned to create opportunities for BIPOC homeowners and investors. Their real estate insight strengthens the “Capture and Convey” initiative, showcasing renovated properties to prospective residents and creating economic opportunities for the community.
3. Racial Equity Institute (REI – Financial and Advocacy Partner):
   REI’s role as a financial partner and systemic advocate is pivotal to BWS’s mission.
